IMPORTANT: RECURRING MEMBERSHIP DISCLOSURE
Oni District operates a recurring membership program known as Oni VIP Club, which may also be offered under another membership name identified during checkout.
Membership Enrollment
Every merchandise order placed through Oni District includes enrollment in the Oni VIP Club membership program.
Membership enrollment is included as part of the purchase arrangement and is not independently removable from the checkout process.
Customers who do not wish to participate in the membership program should not complete a purchase under this arrangement.
Any recurring payment arrangement remains subject to applicable requirements for clear disclosure and express, informed customer consent.
Free Trial and Monthly Billing
Oni VIP Club begins with a 30-day free trial.
After the trial ends, the membership automatically continues at $29.99 USD per month, unless canceled before the first billing date.
By expressly authorizing the recurring membership arrangement, you authorize Oni District Store LLC or its designated payment provider to charge the payment method associated with your enrollment for the disclosed recurring membership fee.
The first membership payment is scheduled 30 days after enrollment. Subsequent payments are scheduled monthly until cancellation.
Membership charges are separate from merchandise charges and continue until the membership is canceled.
Membership Benefits
Oni VIP Club may provide access to exclusive promotions, member pricing, special offers, early access to selected products, or other benefits described on our website.
Specific benefits may vary over time and are subject to availability.
Membership Price Changes
Oni District reserves the right to propose changes to future membership pricing.
Any change to recurring subscription pricing will be disclosed in advance, with the notice and affirmative consent required by applicable law.
No increased recurring payment will be collected where legally required consent has not been obtained.
Automatic Renewal
The membership renews automatically each month unless canceled.
You do not need to make another merchandise purchase for recurring membership billing to continue.
Returning a product, discontinuing website use, or removing a saved payment method does not necessarily cancel a previously authorized recurring membership.
Customers may request cancellation of their Oni VIP Club membership at any time.

There is currently no dedicated customer cancellation portal.
Cancellation does not require purchasing another product, paying a cancellation penalty, or providing a reason.
A cancellation request becomes effective when validly received by our business, and future renewal charges must stop. A delayed customer support response does not extend a customer's billing obligation.
If a cancellation request is received during the 30-day free trial, no initial membership payment will be charged.
If cancellation occurs after a paid billing period begins, access to applicable benefits may continue until the end of that paid period.
Previously collected membership fees are generally not prorated or refunded for elapsed billing periods, except where required by law or where a charge was incorrect or unauthorized.
We will provide cancellation confirmation and comply with any additional cancellation rights required by applicable law.
Submitting an order constitutes an offer to purchase the selected merchandise under the terms disclosed at checkout.
Orders are subject to verification, payment authorization, product availability, and acceptance.
We reserve the right to cancel or limit orders where there are reasonable concerns regarding fraudulent activity, payment irregularities, inventory shortages, or material pricing errors.
If an order is canceled after payment has been collected, the applicable merchandise payment will be refunded.
We aim to process and deliver orders within the estimated timeframes displayed on our website or communicated during checkout.
Delivery estimates are not guarantees and may be affected by carrier operations, customs procedures, holidays, weather, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping and contact information.
Additional customs duties, import taxes, or local fees may apply to international orders where disclosed or required by applicable law.
Customers retain all applicable rights concerning delayed, missing, damaged, or undelivered orders.
Oni District offers eligible merchandise returns within 60 days of delivery, subject to the conditions described in our Refund & Return Policy.
